Core Wound Therapeutic Session
In this one hour session, we will dive deep into any situation or relationship issue that is making you may be struggling with. I will help you navigate a way through, while tending to your deepest healing possible. We will dive deep into a core issue or pattern that is causing issues in your life currently. I will assist you in the healing and reintegration. I will provide a technique so that you can bring your work into your own meditation practice.
Couples communication Session
This session includes 2- 30 minute individual sessions, and one couples session.
I will speak to each person alone and get to know what issues each person would like to focus on. We will then schedule a session so for parties to come online together. I will teach a few communication techniques so that both parties can be heard, and I will help translate and facilitate when we have a communication breakdown. The techniques are great to bring into the home, when not in session. These sessions are to promote greater intimacy and truth in the relationship.
