This session includes 2- 30 minute individual sessions, and one couples session.

I will speak to each person alone and get to know what issues each person would like to focus on. We will then schedule a session so for parties to come online together. I will teach a few communication techniques so that both parties can be heard, and I will help translate and facilitate when we have a communication breakdown. The techniques are great to bring into the home, when not in session. These sessions are to promote greater intimacy and truth in the relationship.
